Whoo hoo! I just found out I won a year's subscription to Sweeties Secret Sweeps (button posted on the upper side bar of this page), just by listening to Carolyn Wilman (The Contest Queen) on Blog Talk Radio. Riverbnation is hosting 1,000 files of free music on their site. File format is mp3 and m4A. You can listen to each file before you decide to download. The songs are performed by new artists and many, many of them are very good. Nothing to sign up for. They do say that "You'll see (but not hear) some ads on your screen in addition to the album's cover art, which is how we keep your new tunes from costing you a cent." I've already downloaded a couple and plan to download more. I'm not sure how long this site will be up.

My day is going a lot better now. Earlier today, I had to take my vehicle to the auto repair place for multiple problems. I still don't have it back and the repairs aren't going to be cheap.
The UPS man just drove away and left me with the Kernel Seasonings prize package from Blessings Abound. Three packages of microwave popcorn, 6 different seasonings and a good size bag of popcorn to pop! I've got my movies and getting ready to head over to my sister's to share my good fortune. This has been a wonderful Friday. Also, I got my vehicle back and it runs soooo much better.
I have been rearranging the buttons on my sidebar. I have decided if I win something from another blog website, I will post their button on the top of the button list. The newest wins will go at the top. It's my small way of saying Thank-you.
